1. Mocha Noir

Dark, smooth, and elegantly composed. Silky chocolate mousse embraces a warm caramel–coffee center, set atop a fragrant black tea–espresso sponge. Balanced and quietly indulgent — richness expressed with modern restraint.

2. Lemon

Bright, silky, and luminous. Lemon’s pure citrus clarity is enriched by smooth passion fruit ganache and tender financier, with a subtle touch of fruit at the heart adding gentle sweetness. Light yet layered, Lemon is vibrant, refined, and beautifully composed.

3. Pistachio Raspberry Tart

Nutty, smooth, and delicately balanced. Rich pistachio cream meets a bright layer of raspberry jam and fresh fruit, adding a subtle lift to the deep, roasted notes of the pistachio. Elegant, vibrant, and perfectly harmonious.

4.  Cocoa Berry Cake

Rich, layered, and elegantly balanced. Black tea–espresso sponge supports velvety chocolate and blueberry creams, where bitter, sweet, and sour notes unfold in harmony. Sophisticated and indulgent — a graceful play of depth and brightness.
