Refund & Cancellation
At Vaere Patisserie, every tart, cake, and petit four is handcrafted with care and intention. As our products are freshly made to order, we kindly ask for your understanding regarding the following policy:
* Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery or pickup. Cancellations made within this window may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
* For cancellations less than 48 hours in advance, we’re unable to provide a refund as ingredients and preparation will already be underway.
* Refunds for quality issues will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you’re unhappy with your order, please reach out within 24 hours of receiving it. We’re here to help and always aim to make things right.

At Vaere Patisserie, we take pride in crafting delicate, elegant pastries with great care. While all sales are final, we understand that sometimes things may not go as expected. Here’s how we handle those situations:
Refund
Item Not in Good Condition
If your order arrives in less-than-perfect condition (e.g., melted, broken, or defective), please contact us within 2 hours of receiving it. Kindly include:
* A clear photo or video showing the issue
* Your order number

Wrong Items Received
If you’ve received the wrong items, notify us within 2 hours. Please provide:
* A clear photo of the incorrect items
* Your order number
Items must be unconsumed and in the condition they were received to qualify for a refund or replacement.
Cancellations
Advance Cancellations
* For same-day delivery or pickup, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
* For preorders, cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled date.
Orders Already in Process
If preparation or delivery has already begun, unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel or refund the order.
Refund Method
Store Credit Only
* All approved refunds will be issued as store credit vouchers, valid for 12 months.
* Vouchers will be sent to your registered email and are redeemable exclusively with Vaere Patisserie.
